Do you ship internationally?We offer international shipping to most countries via DHL and various postal service options from Hongkong Post (including Speedpost Service, Air Parcel, and Surface Parcel). You can select your preferred method during checkout. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on your location. Due to certain circumstances, some locations are currently not available for delivery. If our delivery options do not cover your area, please contact us at info@perksproduction.com.

How long will my order take to arrive?Orders will typically be dispatched within 5 Business Days after order confirmation, excluding Hong Kong public holidays. Please note that during periods of high order volume, such as new launches, promotions, or sales, there may be delays in the shipping of certain orders. Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays are not considered working days. For international orders, we recommend the DHL delivery option to ensure a quicker and safer shipment, typically taking 3 to 5 Business Days. Alternatively, we offer a more economical delivery service through Hongkong Post, with an estimated delivery time of up to 63 - 105 Business Days (9 to 15 Weeks). Are customs duties and taxes included in my payment?Shipments to countries outside of Hong Kong SAR may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are not included in the product prices or shipping charges. What is PERKS, PERKS PRODUCTION & PERKS SOUVENIRSTORE?Hong Kong brand PERKS was born out of the founder's own love for collecting pins and a vision for cultural innovation and expression. Since its inception in 2016, PERKS has been actively fostering connections and supporting creators from diverse fields. Using pins as a medium, PERKS enables collaborations between the art and cultural sectors and commercial brands, honing their accessibility and mobility. Throughout the years, PERKS has consistently brings forth unique design concepts, earning recognition among artists, brands, and organizations both locally and internationally. As one of the few brands that makes pins its main focus rather than mere accessories, PERKS has customized over 400 pin designs for numerous local and overseas units since its establishment. Among these designs, over 300 were presented in PERKS' iconic packaging, known as STANDARD PACKAGING, with a total production volume exceeding 180,000 pins. Under the PERKS umbrella, PERKS PRODUCTION operates as Hong Kong's first pin-centric creative agency, while PERKS SOUVENIR STORE operates as a concept store. Together, these establishments actively cultivate a new creative hub centred around pins, enabling innovative and cultural exchanges globally.
